Dr. Esti Schabelman

Esti Schabelman, MD, MBA

Owner, President

Dr. Esti Schabelman is a highly accomplished emergency medicine physician with over 18 years of experience. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and earned an MBA from The Wharton School. Dr. Schabelman completed an Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland and has since held leadership roles at leading healthcare institutions in Maryland.

A nationally recognized expert in his field, Dr. Schabelman has been named Maryland Daily Record’s Physician of the Year and is featured among Becker’s Healthcare “110 Chief Medical Officers to Know” as well as being frequently selected one of Baltimore Magazine’s Top Doctors. His contributions to the academic community include several influential research publications and national presentations on topics such as population health and innovative healthcare delivery models.

Dr. Schabelman believes in delivering patient-centered, compassionate care that respects the unique needs of each individual. His commitment to excellence ensures that every patient at Innovative Urgent Care receives high-quality and efficient treatment.

When not working, Dr. Schabelman enjoys traveling with his lovely wife and two daughters.

Nicole Alexander PA-C

Lead Physician Assistant

Nicole Alexander PA-C brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Innovative Urgent Care as Lead Physician Assistant and Partner. With a distinguished career spanning both Emergency Medicine and Cardiology settings, Nicole has honed her skills in providing comprehensive patient care, from managing acute cardiovascular conditions to leading emergency medical interventions. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Medical Science from Barry University, where she also served as a Student Representative for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Nicole is highly skilled in advanced medical procedures, including endotracheal intubation, central line placement, and bedside emergency ultrasound. Her commitment to patient education and disease prevention, coupled with her passion for delivering evidence-based medicine, makes her an invaluable asset to our team and to the community we serve. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Doug and dog Roman and hosting around the world wine dinners.

Meghan Landymore PA-C

Physician Assistant

Meghan Landymore is a highly skilled and experienced Physician Assistant with clinical expertise spanning emergency medicine, occupational and urgent care, neurosurgery, and clinical aesthetics. A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, Meg brings a wealth of knowledge in patient evaluation, procedural care, and medical management, emphasizing patient-centered care. Meg is dedicated to continual learning and has served in various healthcare settings, including the Army National Guard and Johns Hopkins Hospital, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care for all her patients.  Meg is married to a very supportive husband and has two young boys. She is an ultramarathon runner, competing in distances ranging from 30 miles to an astonishing 345 miles. Meg has impressively completed the Appalachian Trail segmentally over 14 months while balancing work and family life. In addition to her athletic pursuits, she is a coach, a certified yoga teacher, and an author featured in Blood Sweat Tears. Meghan is currently working on her own trail memoir.

Cedric Yopa

Radiology Technologist

Cedric moved to Maryland in 2006 from France where he is currently living with his family. He is fluent in both French and English and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor in Radiography. Cedric has over 10 years’ experience working in urgent care settings as a Radiology Technologist. On days when he feels free spirited, his love for soccer, piano, tennis or outdoor activities takes over.
